You will provide strategic leadership for Neighbourhood Services by improving performance and developing common standards and service competitiveness across the Borough.

You will also ensure that our neighbourhood delivery services are joined up and sensitive to the needs of individual local areas and are both customer and outcome based.

This is a challenging new role which covers a diverse range of services including Neighbourhood Management, Community Safety and operational delivery for both universal and specialised services.

You will need to be ready to work with a wide range of partners and people and will have the benefit of building upon an already committed and knowledgeable workforce who are determined to succeed in a front line set of services that lie at the heart of our communities.

As the Executive Director – Neighbourhood Services, you will be part of the Corporate Management Team providing strategic direction across the whole Council.
